Datopotamab Deruxtecan (Dato-DXd, DS-1062a) in Advanced and/or Unresectable Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
This study looks at a new drug, DS-1062a, for people with advanced lung cancer that has spread or can't be removed by surgery. We want to see how well it works and if it's safe for those who haven't responded to previous treatments.

Study of DS-1062a Versus Docetaxel in Previously Treated Advanced or Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer With or Without Actionable Genomic Alterations (TROPION-LUNG01)
This study compares a new drug, DS-1062a, with a standard chemotherapy, docetaxel, for advanced lung cancer. It's for people whose cancer has grown after previous treatments. We want to see if DS-1062a is safer and works better.
