An investigator-initiated, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled study of Dupilumab to demonstrate efficacy in subjects with nummular eczema
This study is looking into a new treatment called Dupilumab (Dupixent) for people with a type of eczema called nummular eczema. Researchers want to see if it makes their skin better and improves their quality of life. It's an important step in finding new ways to help manage this skin condition.

Long-term effect of Dupilumab on acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) intolerance and its mechanisms in patients with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug-exacerbated respiratory disease (N-ERD)
This study looks at how a medicine called Dupixent (Dupilumab) might help people with a condition called N-ERD to tolerate aspirin better. Researchers will compare how much aspirin people can take before and after 6 months of Dupixent treatment.
