Durvalumab (starting from cycle 9) clinical trials

Ivosidenib Plus Durvalumab and Gemcitabine/Cisplatin as First-Line Therapy in Participants With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Cholangiocarcinoma With an IDH1 Mutation

This study is testing new treatments for a type of bile duct cancer called cholangiocarcinoma, specifically for people with a genetic change called IDH1 mutation. It aims to see how safe and effective a new combination of medicines is as a first treatment.
