Helping Couples Communicate Better: Does This Help Persons With Type 2 Diabetes Respond Better to a Step Count Prescription?

This study looks at how couples can improve communication to help people with Type 2 Diabetes walk more. Participants will use step counters, set goals, and some will get counselling to help them work together for better health.
