RCT of Mind-body in Long COVID and Myalgic Encephalomyelitis

This study looks at a mind-body program called Dynamic Neural Retraining System (DNRS) for people with ME/CFS and Long COVID. We want to see if it helps reduce symptoms and improves well-being, using both patient reports and physical measurements.
