Short Antibiotic Treatment in High Risk Febrile Neutropenia

This study looks at treating fevers in cancer patients with low white blood cells (febrile neutropenia). We're testing if stopping antibiotics sooner is as safe as longer treatment, to help fight antibiotic resistance and other issues from overuse. It's for adult cancer patients currently on chemotherapy.
