Study of Emactuzumab for Tenosynovial Giant Cell Tumor (TGCT)
This study is testing a new drug, emactuzumab, for Tenosynovial Giant Cell Tumor (TGCT) in people who can't have surgery. It's a phase 3 trial, meaning it's in the later stages of testing to see if the drug is effective and safe compared to a placebo.

A Study in Patients Previously Enrolled in a Genentech and/or F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd Sponsored Atezolizumab Study
This study allows some cancer patients who are already benefiting from certain treatments in another study to continue receiving that treatment. It’s for those who wouldn't be able to get the treatment otherwise, helping them keep accessing therapies that are working for them.
