The DRAGON 2 Trial
The DRAGON 2 study looks at treating advanced bowel cancer that has spread to the liver. It compares a standard procedure called PVE with a newer one, PVE/HVE, to help the liver grow before surgery. This aims to make liver surgery safer for more people.

The TOBAS Study is looking into the best ways to treat brain AVMs, whether they've caused bleeding or not. Doctors are comparing surgery, radiation, embolization, or simply watching to see which treatments work best to prevent serious problems like stroke.
