Immunotherapy With Ipilimumab and Nivolumab Preceded or Not by a Targeted Therapy With Encorafenib and Binimetinib
This study looks at treating advanced melanoma with immunotherapy (nivolumab and ipilimumab) alone, or by starting with targeted therapy (encorafenib and binimetinib) for 12 weeks first. It aims to see if adding the targeted therapy first improves how long people live without their cancer growing.

Surgical or radiotherapeutic intervention concerning large singular stable to progressive metastases in patients with BRAFV600-mutated melanoma receiving treatment with Encorafenib + Binimetinib
This study looks at how well different treatments like surgery or radiotherapy work for people with a specific type of advanced melanoma. They are already taking two medicines, Encorafenib and Binimetinib, and researchers want to see if adding these other treatments helps them live longer without their cancer growing.
