Endo-epicardial vs Endocardial-only Catheter Ablation of Ventricular Tachycardia in Patients With Ischemic Cardiomyopathy (EPIC-VT)

This study compares two ways to treat a fast heart rate in people with heart scarring. We want to see if combining two treatment methods from the start works better than using just one to stop the fast heart rate from coming back.
