Neoadjuvant Endocrine Therapy +/- the PI3K Inhibitor Inavolisib in HER2+, HR+, PIK3CA Mutant Early Breast Cancer
This study looks at a new drug, inavolisib, combined with standard hormone and anti-HER2 therapy for a specific type of early breast cancer. The aim is to see if adding inavolisib can improve treatment before surgery for HER2-positive, HR-positive, PIK3CA-mutant breast cancer.

Study of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Versus Placebo in Combination With Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy & Adjuvant Endocrine Therapy in the Treatment of Early-Stage Estrogen Receptor-Positive, Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2-Negative (ER+/HER2-) Breast Cancer (MK-3475-756/KEYNOTE-756)
This study looks at a new drug, pembrolizumab, for early-stage breast cancer. It's for people with a specific type of breast cancer (ER+/HER2-). Researchers want to see if adding pembrolizumab to standard chemotherapy and hormone therapy works better than standard treatment alone.
