In-clinic Endoscopic Polypectomy for Chronic Sinusitis With Nasal Polyps

This study compares two ways to remove nasal polyps for people with ongoing sinusitis: a new, simpler removal done in an outpatient clinic and standard sinus surgery. We want to see if the clinic procedure works just as well, is cheaper, and has a quicker recovery.
