The Impact of Time-of-day Administration of EV/P on Objective Response Rate in Adults With Advanced Bladder Cancer

This study looks at whether the time of day you receive bladder cancer treatment affects how well it works and if it causes fewer side effects. Patients will get standard treatment either in the morning or afternoon to see if this makes a difference.
