Intermediate Versus Standard Dose Enoxaparin to Prevent Venous Thromboembolism in Severe Trauma Patients: a Multicenter Double Blind Randomised Controlled Trial

This study compares two doses of a blood-thinning medicine (Enoxaparin) to prevent dangerous blood clots in seriously injured patients. We want to see if a slightly higher dose works better than the usual dose in trauma patients admitted to intensive care.
