EPI-7386, Xtandi - 40 mg soft capsules clinical trials

A Phase 1/2 Study of EPI-7386 in Combination with Enzalutamide Compared with Enzalutamide Alone in Subjects with Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer

This study is looking at a new drug, EPI-7386, combined with an existing prostate cancer drug, Xtandi. It's for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and isn't responding to hormone therapy. Researchers want to see if this combination is safe and if it helps shrink the cancer.
