A Clinical Study of Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (Sac-TMT, MK-2870) in People With Breast Cancer (MK-2870-032)
This study looks for better ways to treat early-stage, high-risk breast cancer. It tests a new targeted therapy, sacituzumab tirumotecan, with other standard treatments to see if it reduces cancer and helps people live longer without the cancer returning.

A Phase III Randomised Study to Evaluate Dato-DXd and Durvalumab for Neoadjuvant/Adjuvant Treatment of Triple-Negative or Hormone Receptor-low/HER2-negative Breast Cancer
This study is looking at new ways to treat a type of breast cancer that doesn't have certain hormone receptors or HER2 protein, called triple-negative or hormone receptor-low/HER2-negative breast cancer. It tests two different treatment plans using new and existing medicines before and after surgery.
