A Randomized Phase 2 Study of Adjunctive EQU-001 for Uncontrolled Focal Onset Seizures

This study is testing a new medicine, EQU-001, for people with epilepsy whose seizures aren't fully controlled by their current treatment. It aims to see if the new medicine can reduce the number of seizures compared to a dummy medicine.
