REFLECT; Real-time targeted fluorescence endoscopy for detection of the primary cancer lesion in patients with a metastasis of unknown primary tumor in the head and neck
This study looks at a new way to find hidden head and neck cancers using special glow-in-the-dark technology during endoscopy. It aims to see if this method, along with a drug called Erbitux, can help doctors locate the main cancer when only a related lump (metastasis) is found.

A Phase 3 (Pivotal Stage) Study of NBTXR3 Activated by Investigator’s Choice of Radiotherapy Alone or Radiotherapy in Combination with Cetuximab for Platinum-based Chemotherapy ineligible Elderly Patients with Locally Advanced Head & Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma
This study looks at a new way to treat advanced head and neck cancer in older patients not suitable for standard chemotherapy. It combines a special gel (NBTXR3) with usual radiotherapy, sometimes with another drug (Cetuximab, also known as Erbitux), to see if it helps patients live longer without their cancer getting worse.
