Standard-Dose Combination Chemotherapy or High-Dose Combination Chemotherapy and Stem Cell Transplant in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Germ Cell Tumors
This study compares two chemotherapy treatments for germ cell tumours that have returned or didn't respond to previous treatment. It looks at a standard chemotherapy plan versus a stronger plan with a stem cell transplant to see which works better.

A Global Study of Novel Agents in Paediatric and Adolescent Relapsed and Refractory B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma
This study looks for better ways to treat B-cell non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (B-NHL) in children and young people when initial treatments haven't worked or the cancer has returned. It tests new medicines to see if they are safe and effective, aiming to improve chances of recovery.
