Immunological Functionnal Test Validation to Predict Melanoma Metastatic Patient Response to Checkpoint Inhibitors

This study looks at how immune system chemicals (cytokines) change during treatment for advanced skin cancer (melanoma) with special drugs called checkpoint inhibitors. We want to see if these changes can predict how well the treatment works and if it will cause side effects.
