Isometric Handgrip Training Frequency and Blood Pressure in People With Hypertension

This study looks at how often people with high blood pressure need to do a simple handgrip exercise. We want to see if doing it less often (two times a week instead of four) is still helpful for lowering blood pressure. This could make it easier for people to stick with exercise.
