Twin A Breech External Cephalic Version Intervention Trial (TWEXIT)

This study looks at a procedure called External Cephalic Version (ECV) for twin pregnancies where the first baby (Twin A) is in a bottom-down (breech) position. We want to see how often ECV works and if there are specific things we can see on ultrasound that make it more likely to succeed.
