Neovascular glaucoma prevention by intravitreal injections of anti-VEGF in patients treated by protontherapy in case of large choroid melanoma
This study looks at preventing a serious eye condition called neovascular glaucoma, which can happen after proton therapy for a large choroid melanoma. Researchers are using a drug called Eylea to see if it can help stop this condition from developing in patients who've had this specific treatment.
For: Patient with large choroid melanoma 7 mm thick and/or more than 15 mm of basal diameter treated by proton therapyFrance - Ongoing, recruitingTherapeutic exploratory (Phase II)
Spontaneous Retinal Arterial Pulsations (SRAPs) as a Prognostic Determinant of Central Retinal Vein Occlusions (CRVOs) in patients treated or not with intravitreal injections of aflibercept
This study looks at a tiny pulse in the eye's blood vessels to see if it can predict how well people with a common eye condition, central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO), respond to a specific eye injection treatment. It checks how much their eyesight improves.
For: central retinal vein occlusionsFrance
