CT7001_002 (SUMIT-BC) - An open-label Interventional, Multicenter, Randomized, Phase 2 Study of Fulvestrant with or without Samuraciclib in Participants with Metastatic or Locally Advanced Hormone Receptor Positive and Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 Negative Breast Cancer

This study is looking at a new drug (Samuraciclib) combined with a standard breast cancer treatment (Fulvestrant) for advanced or spread hormone-sensitive breast cancer. Doctors want to see if this new combination works better at shrinking tumours or stopping them from growing for a longer time.
