Fibromun, Temozolomide SUN 100 mg hard capsules clinical trials

A study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the tumor-targeting human antibody-cytokine fusion protein L19TNF plus standard temozolomide chemoradiotherapy in patients with newly diagnosed glioblastoma.

This study is testing a new antibody treatment, L19TNF, along with standard brain cancer medication, temozolomide. It aims to see if combining them is safe and helps people with a type of brain tumour called glioblastoma live longer and feel better.
