Ficerafusp alfa clinical trials

FORTIFI-HN01: A Study of Ficerafusp Alfa (BCA101) or Placebo in Combination With Pembrolizumab in First-Line PD-L1-pos, R or M HNSCC

This study looks at a new drug, ficerafusp alfa, combined with pembrolizumab (Keytruda®) for people with advanced head and neck cancer. It compares this combination against pembrolizumab alone to see if it works better and is safe.
