A Study to Determine the Efficacy and Safety of Finerenone on Morbidity and Mortality Among Hospitalized Heart Failure Patients
This study is testing a new drug called finerenone for people hospitalised with heart failure. We want to see if it's safe and effective for patients whose hearts can still pump blood fairly well, to improve their health and quality of life.

A Study to Evaluate Finerenone on Clinical Efficacy and Safety in Patients with Heart Failure Who Are Intolerant or Not Eligible for Treatment with Steroidal Mineralocorticoid Receptor Antagonists
This study looks at a new medicine called Finerenone for people with heart failure. It compares Finerenone to a dummy pill (placebo) to see if it's safe and effective, especially for those who can't take other common heart failure medicines.
