Treatment of congenital nephrogenic diabetes insipidus with fluconazole, an antifungal medication
This study is looking at whether a medicine called fluconazole, usually used for fungal infections, could help men aged 18 and over who have a kidney problem called nephrogenic diabetes insipidus. We want to see if it can help them pass less urine and concentrate their urine better.

A Phase 3 Efficacy and Safety Study of Fosmanogepix for the Treatment of Adult Participants With Candidemia and/or Invasive Candidiasis.
This study is testing a new medicine, Fosmanogepix, for serious fungal infections called candidemia or invasive candidiasis. It compares the new medicine to standard treatments to see if it's safe and works just as well. We're looking for adults diagnosed with these infections.
