Goldilocks - determining if personalised drug monitoring of fludarabine in children and young adults with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia who are undergoing CAR-T therapy is feasible and can improve outcome whilst minimising toxicity

This study called 'Goldilocks' looks at how to give the right amount of a medicine called fludarabine to children and young adults with blood cancer (leukaemia) having CAR T-cell therapy. The goal is to make the treatment work better and have fewer side effects.
