A Randomized, Active-Controlled, Double-blind, Multicenter, Phase 3 Clinical Study of Ivonescimab in Combination with FOLFOX versus Bevacizumab in Combination with FOLFOX for the First-line Treatment of Metastatic Colorectal Cancer (HARMONi-GI3)
This study is looking at a new treatment called ivonescimab, given with standard chemotherapy (FOLFOX), for bowel cancer that has spread. We compare it to another treatment (bevacizumab) also with FOLFOX, to see which works best at stopping the cancer from growing.

A Study to Compare Zolbetuximab (IMAB362) and Chemotherapy With Placebo and Chemotherapy in Adults With Gastric Cancer.

Efficacy of the use of neoadjuvant with/without hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced colon cancer: A phase III multi-arm, randomized and controlled clinical trial (FOXHIPECT4)
This study is testing different ways to treat advanced colon or upper rectal cancer. It looks at adding a special heated chemotherapy wash to standard treatment during surgery to see if it helps people live longer without the cancer coming back. The aim is to find the best treatment.
