Trifluridine/Tipiracil + Fruquintinib Versus Trifluridine/Tipiracil Alone for Metastatic Oeso-gastric Adenocarcinoma
This study looks at a new combination of medicines for advanced stomach or oesophagus cancer. It compares giving two drugs, trifluridine/tipiracil and fruquintinib, together, against giving trifluridine/tipiracil alone, to see if the combination works better.

- IKF/AIO-QUINTIS - Evaluating Fruquintinib in Combination With Tislelizumab in Microsatellite Stable / Proficient Mismatch Repair (MSS/pMMR) Metastatic Colorectal Cancer Without Active Liver Metastases
This study is testing two new drug combinations for advanced bowel cancer that has spread, but not actively to the liver. It aims to see if a new combination of two medicines, Fruquintinib and Tislelizumab, works better than standard treatment for this type of cancer.

Second-line Doublet Chemotherapy (FOLFOX or FOLFIRI) Plus Fruquintinib Versus Doublet Chemotherapy (FOLFOX or FOLFIRI) Plus Bevacizumab in Metastatic Colorectal Cancer
This study is looking at a new treatment for advanced bowel cancer that has spread. It combines standard chemotherapy with a new drug called Fruquintinib, comparing it to standard chemotherapy plus another drug, Bevacizumab.
