Infusion of Furosemide to Improve Diuretic Efficiency in Acute Heart Failure (INFUSE-AHF)
This study, called INFUSE-AHF, looks at how a common medicine called furosemide helps people with sudden worsening heart failure lose extra fluid. Researchers want to see if how we give this medicine can help patients feel better by reducing swelling and fluid buildup, comparing different ways to give it.

Pharmacokinetics and Safety of Commonly Used Drugs in Lactating Women and Breastfed Infants
This study looks at how medicines mothers take get into breast milk and affect their babies. We need breastfeeding mums taking common drugs to help us learn more about drug levels in milk and babies, to ensure safer choices for mums and their infants.
