FusionVAC22_01: Fusion Transcript-based Peptide Vaccine Combined with Immune Checkpoint Inhibition

This study looks at a new vaccine (Fusion-VAC-XS15) combined with an existing cancer drug (Atezolizumab) for a rare liver cancer called Fibrolamellar Hepatocellular Carcinoma (FL-HCC) and other cancers with a specific genetic change. It aims to see if the treatment is safe, if it helps the immune system, and if it could shrink tumours.
