A Modular Multi-Basket Trial to Improve Personalized Medicine in Cancer Patients (Basket of Baskets)
This study looks at new ways to treat advanced cancers by matching specific drugs to changes found in a patient's tumour genes. It tests three different drugs – atezolizumab, futibatinib, and amivantamab – to see how well they shrink tumours in different groups of patients.
