A Phase 2a, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multi-center, randomized study evaluating LSTA1 when added to standard of care (SoC) versus standard of care alone in subjects with advanced solid tumors (BOLSTER)

This study is looking at a new treatment called LSTA1 for people with advanced head and neck cancer or a type of bile duct cancer (cholangiocarcinoma). It aims to see if adding LSTA1 to standard treatments is safe and helps people live longer and feel better.
