Testing the Combination of Anetumab Ravtansine With Either Nivolumab, Nivolumab and Ipilimumab, or Gemcitabine and Nivolumab in Advanced Pancreatic Cancer
This study tests new ways to treat advanced pancreatic cancer. It combines a targeted drug (anetumab ravtansine) with immune-boosting medicines (nivolumab, ipilimumab) and standard chemotherapy (gemcitabine) to see if these combinations are safe and effective.

Individualized Treatment Treating Patients With Stage II-IVB Nasopharyngeal Cancer Based on EBV DNA
This study looks at new ways to treat nasopharyngeal cancer, a type of head and neck cancer. It focuses on using a blood test for the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) to decide the best treatment after initial therapy. We want to see if different drug combinations improve outcomes.

Gemcitabine Hydrochloride and Cisplatin With or Without Veliparib or Veliparib Alone in Treating Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer
This study looks at new ways to treat pancreatic cancer that has spread. It compares standard chemotherapy with or without a new drug called veliparib. We're testing if adding veliparib helps stop cancer growth, especially in people with specific genetic changes.
