Durvalumab With Chemotherapy as First Line Treatment in Patients With Advanced Biliary Tract Cancers (aBTCs)

This study is looking at a new drug called durvalumab, combined with standard chemotherapy, for people with advanced bile duct cancer. It aims to see if this combination is safe and works better than current treatments in shrinking tumours and improving health.
