Gilteritinib in Combination With Venetoclax and Azacitidine for AML Patients With FLT3 Mutations Ineligible for Intensive Treatment

This study looks at combining a new drug, Gilteritinib, with standard treatments (Venetoclax and Azacitidine) for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) in patients who have a specific gene change (FLT3 mutation) and can't have strong chemotherapy. It aims to find the safest and most effective dose.
