Continuous or Intermittent Cetuximab Plus FOLFIRI as First-line Treatment in RAS/BRAF Wild-type mCRC Patients

This study looks at treating advanced bowel cancer with FOLFIRI and cetuximab. We're testing if giving breaks between treatments works better than continuous treatment, aiming for fewer side effects and better quality of life. We're also using new blood tests to monitor progress.
