HNFO With or Without Helmet NIV for Oxygenation Support in Acute Respiratory Failure Pilot RCT

This study looks at two ways to help patients with severe breathing problems: a special helmet that helps with oxygen, and another way using oxygen through the nose. We want to see which method works better to help people get enough oxygen.
