A Study of HER3-DXd in Subjects With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors
This study is looking at a new treatment called HER3-DXd for people with certain advanced solid tumours that haven't responded to other treatments. It aims to see how well it works and if it's safe for different types of cancer, like melanoma, lung cancer, and breast cancer.

Substudy 06D: Combination Therapies in Second Line (2L) Gastroesophageal Adenocarcinoma (MK-3475-06D/Keymaker-U06)
This study looks at new treatments for advanced stomach or gullet cancer that has already been treated once. It compares different drug combinations to see how safe and effective they are for patients whose cancer has come back or spread.
