A Randomized Phase III Trial of Stereotactic Ablative Radiotherapy for Patients With Up to 10 Oligometastases and a Synchronous Primary Tumor.
This study looks at a special type of strong radiation, called SABR, for people with a few small cancer spots that have spread, along with a main tumor. It compares SABR plus usual care to just usual care to see if it helps.

Intermittent Androgen Deprivation Therapy With or Without Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy for Molecularly Identified Hormone Sensitive Oligometastatic Prostate Cancer
This study looks at a new way to treat prostate cancer that has spread a little. We're testing if focused radiation (SBRT) added to hormone therapy works better than hormone therapy alone for men whose cancer shows up on a special scan but not on regular scans.
