Hypofractionated Whole-Pelvis Radiotherapy (WPRT) vs Conventionally-Fractionated WPRT in Prostate Cancer

This study compares two ways of giving radiotherapy for prostate cancer: a standard approach (25 treatments) and a shorter approach (5 treatments with higher doses). It wants to see if the shorter treatment is just as good, especially for quality of life, and could become the new standard of care.
