Substudy 06E: Umbrella Study of Combination Therapies in Esophageal Cancer (MK-3475-06E/KEYMAKER-U06)
This study looks for new ways to treat advanced oesophageal cancer that has spread or can't be removed by surgery. It combines existing immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) with new experimental drugs, sometimes with chemotherapy. The main goal is to check safety and how well these treatments work.

Substudy 01I: A Study of Investigational Agents in Participants With Previously Treated Stage IV Squamous Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) (MK-3475-01I/KEYMAKER-U01I)
This study is looking for new treatments for advanced squamous non-small cell lung cancer that hasn't responded to usual treatments. Researchers are testing new medicines called antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) to see if they can shrink the cancer and if they are safe.
