Pain management using ibuprofen after major gut surgery (PROTECT-AEGIS)
This study looks at using ibuprofen to help manage pain after major tummy surgery. We want to see if patients are happy to take part and if ibuprofen can safely reduce pain without causing problems, giving doctors clearer information for the future.

Pentoxifylline and Lumbar Radiculopathy
This study looks at whether a medicine called pentoxifylline can help people with back pain that travels down their leg (sciatica) caused by a slipped disc. It compares pentoxifylline with standard pain relief to see if it's safe and effective.
