IDE196 (Darovasertib) in Combination With Crizotinib as First-line Therapy in Metastatic Uveal Melanoma

Study of IDE196 in Patients With Solid Tumors Harboring GNAQ/11 Mutations or PRKC Fusions
This study looks at a new drug, IDE196, for certain advanced cancers that have specific genetic changes called GNAQ/11 mutations or PRKC fusions. It checks if the drug is safe and effective alone or when combined with other existing cancer drugs.
