A Study to Compare the Efficacy and Safety of Idecabtagene Vicleucel With Lenalidomide Maintenance Therapy Versus Lenalidomide Maintenance Therapy Alone in Adult Participants With Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma Who Have Suboptimal Response After Autologous Stem Cell Transplantation
This study compares a new cell therapy (ide-cel) plus standard maintenance medicine (lenalidomide) against lenalidomide alone for adults with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma. It's for those who haven't fully responded to their initial stem cell transplant.

A PHASE 2, MULTI-COHORT, OPEN-LABEL, MULTICENTER STUDY TO EVALUATE THE EFFICACY AND SAFETY OF BB2121 IN SUBJECTS WITH RELAPSED AND REFRACTORY MULTIPLE MYELOMA AND IN SUBJECTS WITH CLINICAL HIGH-RISK MULTIPLE MYELOMA
This study is testing a new treatment called idecabtagene vicleucel for multiple myeloma. It focuses on people whose myeloma has come back or not responded to previous treatments, and some high-risk cases, to see how well it works and if it's safe.
