Phase II Study of Daily Adaptive Radiotherapy for Submandibular Gland-sparing in Head and Neck Cancer

This study compares two radiation therapies for head and neck cancer. It aims to find out if a newer, more adaptable daily treatment can better protect a gland that makes spit, potentially reducing dry mouth, compared to standard treatment.
