A Phase 1b/2a Study to Evaluate the Safety, Pharmacokinetics and Efficacy of IMG-007 in Adult Participants with Moderate-to-Severe Atopic Dermatitis

This study is testing a new medicine called IMG-007 for adults with moderate to severe eczema (atopic dermatitis). We want to see if it's safe, how it moves through the body, and if it helps improve skin. Some people will get the medicine, others a dummy treatment.
