A study to test the safety of INCB160058 in participants with blood cancers

This study is testing a new medicine, INCB160058, for blood cancers called myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs). These cancers make too many blood cells. The study aims to find the right dose, check for side effects, and see if it helps patients, sometimes alongside another medicine called ruxolitinib.
